A sound bath is a way to deeply rest and receive vibrational nourishment to help the body relax and reconnect to its own internal harmony. Different sound instruments such as crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, and other special sonic guests :) are used together to create a rich soundscape for you to fall into. No experience required!
