Sound Meditation Bundle
Just diving into the world of meditation? Sound is a great tool to help aid you in accessing and abiding in deeper states of meditation and relaxation.
This meditation bundle includes 5 different sound meditations of varying lengths (from 5 to 20 minutes) as well as various themes to help focus your attention. There is no guidance other than the sound of the crystal singing bowls that have been carefully selected to meet the intention of each meditation.
To Land is a 5 minute sound meditation to help land ourselves more deeply into the presence and power of our own truth, regardless of the unpredictability of the world around us.
Bowls used: Pink Himalayan Salt to help in grounding and clearing attachments and unresolved emotional experiences on the physical, emotional and etheric levels as well as working with the heart and solar plexus to bolster our potential for love and willpower; Selenite which directs and targets intention towards specific areas of the body to help eliminate disharmony, dis-ease, or blocked energy; and Crone Goddess which harnesses and transmits the magic and wisdom of the elders, showing the way and shining the light on our path with mature patience and grace.

To Envision is a 5 minute sound meditation to aid us in a deeper listening.
